When making a piano tuning or other services appointment please provide as much details about your piano as possible. This will help us better prepared for your appointment.

Before your piano tuning appointment, please remove anything that on top your piano.
During piano tuning process, please keep you home as quiet as possible. Try avoid using vacuum cleaner, rangehood or lawn mover etc.
Please only book piano services relating to sticky piano keys or faulty piano pedal work together with a piano tuning service. We will not be able to attend any sticking piano keys or pedals adjustment services alone as in most cases they are only minor issues and can be fixed fairly quickly. Should you require urgent repair on piano keys or piano pedals without a piano tuning service, a call out fee may be charged. Please contact us before making an online booking.
If you own an old Beale piano with Beale-Vader Steel Wrest-Plank, unfortunately we no longer provide piano tuning service to this model. To find out if your piano is this model, simply open the lid and look for a plate like in this image.
